Here is a little recap of the vacation. Saturday morning we picked Shelby up at 6am and we were off to Florida. We started our vacation in Panama City. We have been going there since I was born so the beach is our second home. Man, how that beach has changed over my 22 years of life. It has gone from our small Riviera to a massive beach town full of huge hotels.
The first day we relaxed on the beach...which we did for the other two days as well. The cool thing was that night, I found out Harpoon Harry's had reopened! Sadly however, it wasn't the same as it use to be :( Anyway there was live music and we all had fun.
The following night was very enjoyable. After dinner, the family walked around an outdoor mall for a bit. Shelby and I went exploring later that evening and found a wonderful bar and grill with dueling pianos, two pianists taking turns playing songs requested by the audience. They were really spectacular.
After PC we went down to Orlando for a few fun filled days of amusement parks. Shelby and I wanted to go to Universal Studios the first day, while my family went to Sea World. So, it was the couple's day to go enjoy something by ourselves. I had promised Shelby a long time ago that I would take her to Harry Potter World one day, thankfully I was able to keep that promise. We rushed the park as soon as it opened. After riding a few rides, including the new Gringotts ride (which we waited three hours in line) we got our butter beer and Shelby received her wand from the wandmaker himself.
Disney was the next day. It was a family day and we went to Magic Kingdom per Jessica's request. It was fun, and Space Mountain was as enjoyable as ever, they even added mini-games for the line leading up to the ride to make the wait more entertaining.
Thus ended our vacation, definitely enjoyable, and incredibly relaxing. The only other part on the ride home worth mentioning was our group singing of Let it Go, which I then soloed in the styling of William Shatner.
Hmmm.... well that was one part...missing almost a month of post really makes catching up hard. More news would be I had my first MRI post-radiation a few days ago. My family and I went up to Vandy to see my Neuro-Oncologist (NO for short). I was placed in an MRI tube for 30 minutes listening to the worst techno music ever produced. I am happy to report there has been a good amount of improvement, and that the swelling in my brain has gone down significantly. So cheers for that. I have another appointment in a few weeks with my Oncologist here in Huntsville, where i may be placed in an MRI tube again...
Other news, I've started classes for this semester at UAH. The classes include Philosophy, Tennis and Tai Chi. So far the physical exercise has really been kicking my butt, but it is really fun. I figured that I should take some easy classes this semester that will help keep me healthy. I've already seen a bunch of improvement in my weight, almost ready to say goodbye to my moon face.
Also in final news one of my best friends Ryan visited Huntsville last weekend. I finally met his fiancé Naomi. I am happy to be there best man for their wedding in October. I was wonderful meeting her for the first time in person. She is definitely a kind and strong woman who will support him in his military career. Good job finding her bud! Together they are probably the kindest couple i know.
I saw my Grandmother ( I call her Mawmaw) and my extended family last weekend too. Some of you know my Uncle Steven and Aunt Melissa and there son Will. Man Will is getting tall. My dad uncle and I tried to get the boat out for the first time in a year, but it wouldn't crank. Instead we just relaxed and watched football. Roll Tide.
Okay that is the whole synopsis of the past month. Praying for more good news in two weeks.
Cool photo I took while on a walk with Shelby one morning. |
Jessica was baptized two weeks back.My grandmother Cox and Uncle Jac were able to come |
I'm 55-year-old from Korean, I was diagnosed with second-stage liver cancer following a scheduled examination to monitor liver cirrhosis. I had lost a lot of weight. A CT scan revealed three tumors; one in the center of my liver in damaged tissue and two in healthy portions of my liver. No chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment was prescribed due to my age, the number of liver tumors. One month following my diagnosis I began taking 12 (350 point) Salvestrol supplements per day, commensurate with my body weight. This comprised six Salvestrol Shield (350 point) capsules and six Salvestrol Gold (350 point) capsules, spread through the day by taking two of each capsule after each main meal. This level of Salvestrol supplementation (4,000 points per day) was maintained for four months. In addition, I began a program of breathing exercises, chi exercises, meditation, stretching and stress avoidance. Due to the variety of conditions that I suffered from, I received ongoing medical examinations. Eleven months after commencing Salvestrol supplementation But all invalid so I keep searching for a herbal cure online that how I came across a testimony appreciating Dr Itua on how he cured her HIV/Herpes, I contacted him through email he listed above, Dr Itua sent me his herbal medicine for cancer to drink for two weeks to cure I paid him for the delivering then I received my herbal medicine and drank it for two weeks and I was cured until now I'm all clear of cancer, I will advise you to contact Dr Itua Herbal Center On Email...drituaherbalcenter@gmail.com.
